About Us

Hi, I’m Lindy Jolley.

I am the owner of Agri Legal, I help farmers with their Legal matters so they can feel confident knowing their matters are in good hands and get back to what matters most – Work on the Farm. I’m not like most Solicitors, I don’t suit up, I am down to earth, I listen, and – like you – I want to get the job done. Most of my clients are passionate and have an entrepreneurial spirit. I’m like that too. My goal is to help you achieve it. Getting bogged down in the details saps the joy out of the important work. My clients want to do the farm work – not the paperwork.

I have been practicing law in Griffith and across the Riverina for over 15 years.

I have a keen interest in rural issues, having grown up in Finley, lived and worked on the land and owns a family business with my husband.

I have a passion for Water Law and Rural Conveyancing.

I pride myself on my down to earth approach to the law, providing advice in a comfortable environment, talking in plain and simple language with a view to making your legal matter as stress free and straight forward as possible.

My Family

I have a workaholic husband Dan, who I love and adore but who also frustrates me to no end with his hobby of collecting (I mean hoarding). I have two children, River & Jagger who are the light of my life. (Well sometimes they can act like little rats but mostly they are awesome!) We live outside of Darlington Point, near the Murrumbidgee River on small acreage. We run an engineering & transport business servicing rural industry.

In my free time (?), I enjoy pretending to be a foodie, a good glass of wine, a great TV series or book, blues music and festivals, a good road trip and spending time with great friends.
